Default My01 6 speed Gearbox into 03/04 wrx

Does anything needs to be changed?
I have box, starter, driveshaft, shifter, front axels.
Does the front hubs fit the box?

You need the correct 6 speed propshaft. Front driveshafts I assume you mean? You can use the original WRX front driveshafts with the correct diff stubs as already mentioned. Rear diff should be 3.454 ratio to match

Yes you'll need stub conversion kit.
You won't need 6 speed starter if using 5 speed clutch and fly

Use your same hubs and driveshafts and get the stubs for them and the correct seals(comes with icp kit) id change the clutch while your doing it yeh the 5 speed will work but 6 speed one is bigger so a decent upgrade along with flywheel. and id change the clutch anyway while its all out.

If you have the r180 rear diff you'll need the r180 rear shafts and rear hubs too.

No need to change anything in the rear and if you're using the same diff.
May need to swap out the diff drive adapter, if you do, torque nut to 180nm.
Need propshaft and front 2 driveshafts, 01-02 WRX Driveshafts will work.

Shift mechanism(complete) and the H frame on the bottom needs replacing too.

Spd starter fits, 5 spd clutch/flywheel as set. you do NEED the 6MT clutch fork.
5spd clutch cilinder fits.
