If I had a classic with a 6 speed DCCD gearbox, matching propshaft, R180 diff with matching hubs........could I also have ABS and 100 x 5 PCD wheel fitment?

Could I get all this from a pre '05 newage which has a 100 x 5 PCD bolt pattern and had the ABS tone ring for the ABS sensor on the hubs?

And why couldn't the classic cars with DCCD also have ABS and the newage cars can?
