I've got one of these babies and it seems simple enough. However, I can't for the life of me get a VPN connection

I've tried Express VPN and PPTP (Win client) but neither seem to work, just no response.

I've googled and followed the setup instructions but no joy. Do I have to enable any ports, doesn't say so.

Any of the various Cisco experts here able to help me out please?

AFAIK, they used to have a decent tech dept for help?

They only give you the number after you've completed 6 official paid courses and promised never to use a GUI.
