anyone else use BTvision?
I've had it since it started years ago, only have it as a freeview player and hard drive recorder (we don't subscribe to any packages) + the on demand if we want to use it.
but notice how poor the picture quality is it looks grainy and almost blurred when not watch HD channels, have you thought the same?
If I switch back to the built in freeview on my tv the picture quality is so much clearer (even when just watching non HD channels).
Is this a fault on the bt vision box?
cheers
Phil

BTVision
Could be a number of things, I think
1 Quality/resolution of output from BTVision box (Probable cause)
2 Cables used to input to BTVision box
3 Cables used to output from BTVision box and following on then, the input type on the telly
What resolution output do the stats for the box say?
I have bought a couple of (very expensive) HDD/DVR type boxes in the past and have been disappointed both times with the quality of Freeview they outputted. Modern boxes tend to be better, I've found.
