Please Read:Bugs / Features Clean out and reporting issues
Due to the large number of issues reported through the upgrade process, all old Bug reports and Policy requests are being moved to an appropriate archive sub forum which will be locked as read only for all members
All new bug reports and Policy requests will be submitted just as before, but once dealt with they will be immediately locked.
This is to ensure that the threads do not obscure the original problem and agreed solution with any extra messages. If you feel that an issue has not been dealt with completely then please open a new thread.
Before opening a new thread, please check previously closed threads for a possible solution as this will save time for the Administration team and provide you with a solution more readily.
If any thread started is a repeat of a previous one, then it will be closed (locked) with a link to the previously agreed resolution.
We're implementing this as the Admin team are losing track of what issues have been caused by the upgrade and those that are not related. No threads will be forgotten, and will be dealt with as soon as possible.
