My idea is to get a USB TV adapter for my Toshiba Sattelite Pro and view the football via an OHP. Does anyone have any experience? Dabs have them for about £42.00 but is the picture quality any good.

Any info gratefully recieved

Andy

This is pretty much what we are doing as a corporate solution to the football.

A PC with a Haupagge WinTV card installed, going out through a PC projector onto an empty office wall. (sure beats powerpoint presentations) and a pair of biggish Pc speakers from the sound card. easy peasy.

We had the picture so big it was touching the skirting boards & ceilings!!

Cool picture quality - needs a good aerial though. Luckily the World cup has to be broadcast on terrestial TV - so yup I think it will work for you as it does for us.

We're just connecting the TV/Video straight to the projector for the World Cup
