where to get high level spoiler?

i am after a high level spoiler for my 01wrx...it needs to be coloor coded and fitted....just spoken to main dealer...2 piece spoiler is 212+vat.. painting 100+vat and fitting 60+vat..on subaru screen it said 1/2 hour labour...is this extortionate?
