Can anyone tell me the difference between STI and STI type R suspension? I'm thinking of fitting one of the above to my 2000MY UK Turbo. My understanding is that the normal STI suspension will lower my car by about 1cm and give greater stiffness (but not too much for road use). Is the type R much harder/lower? I use the car on track days....hence the need for greater stiffness, but don't want to make the car too uncomfortable for road use or make the car too twitchy on the limit!

Thanks in advance!

James
