Thumbs up

I have a MY96 UK Turbo with Prodrive suspension kit fitted.
The shocks are sliver with STI logos and the springs are red Eibachs. I need to know if this is lower and how much lower to the original spec for insurance purposes.
All The Best.
Ian.

I can't believe nobody has answered this topic. Try with a new topic titled something like "Insurance question re: Prodrice suspension".
Sorry I can't answer you myself, although I would guess that the answer is "yes, by about 20mm"

Yes, by about 20mm !

actually between 20-25mm - but under an inch. I've got blue springs on mine - not too sure what the difference is. On a MY95 car.

Cheers,

Andy

Hi mate
As I understand your springs aren't from original Prodrive kit, maybe from an STI or P1.
Prodrive sells two kits (grey shocks and blue or grey springs) only for the old shape Impreza.
My Prodrive Prof kit lowered my MY00 2,3 cm front - 1,8 cm rear.
Cheers

Thanks for the reply's Guys I best go and change my insurance as my current company won't allow lowered suspension.
I'm lead to believe that red springs are harder than the blue ones.
Cheers.
