Obviously my wheels are balanced and I get the tracking done at a place with kit that can handle 4WD but what is geometry set up?

To understand geometry, you really need to look at the wider picture of wheel alignment and the realtionship between the two. Have a look at this (http://www.familycar.com/alignment.htm) article. It will give you some idea. Do a search on Google and you'll find a lot of stuff about it.
