Where do you get them from? I want a pair for my silver MY2000.

Do they clip on or require some special fitting?

they come with a long self tapping screw, you just need to drill a small hole in the plastic backing behind the where the fog light sits. and jobs done.

give tsl a ring, they also colour coded mine.

We sell those, but ours come with the full size (as per genuine STi) template to paint the STi logo on with.

DR Motorsport also do some that don't need the screw.
