Just got back from marshalling on a PR day for the Ford World Rally Team in the Lake District. Mark Higgins was showing some F1 journo's how a rally driver does it! There was a guy there recording sounds for the new WRC2 game on the PS2. He was taking all different readings around the stage. The best bit was when he got someone to sit and rev the car near to the picnic area at the Whinlatter visitor centre! Poor people trying to have a nice quiet lunch!!

I was fortunate enough to go on a corporate jolly day to M-Sport (home of the Ford World Rally Team) last year.

The day included an excellent tour around the factory, and then a full on blast in the WRC Focus through a forrest stage with Mark Higgins at the helm!
