As the title says, I'm going to Cyprus all been well, will probably stay in Pathos, just wondered if any of you will be there to meet up etc. :)

Had planned to go to Spain last week, but with all the stages being cancelled there, not too bothered now.
You shouldn't have that problem in Cyprus, never too busy with spectators. You will easily get 3 stages per day.
Rally is more based in Limassol, with the servicing based on the front. After event party is held in the Four Seasons Hotel, then onto the beach for the beer (all free). Excellent.

All the stages are free.
The Four Seasons is also the rally headquarters so get your program and maps there, they will also have details of the shakedown.
The beer was free, all sponsered by Keo (the Cyprus brewery). They set up beach huts along the beach, and all you do is stagger between them.

You will need to hire a car, so make sure you take out all the insurances, especially full damage cover to include tyres / sump and suspension. You will need it. My hire car was only 2 months old, and I cracked the sump, knocked out the steering and got a puncture. And covered the interior with 2mm of dust.

But I think I was only a fraction slower than Colin through the stages. ;)
