about half way down there is a UK WRX STi for sale for £24,995 (the one in silver) and it states the following

This one looks like the Prodrive cosmetic version and costs more than the silver one. Have they made a typo?

Yes it looks like a typo, the silver car is a non-STI WRX, compare it to the Blue STI-Prodrive on the same site.
The front bumper is WRX, the rear spoiler is UK300, it has the small bonnet scoop, and a 5-speed gearbox.
