I have just brought a STi 4 type R
on the way home the front side lights flashed each time the brakes were applied
then when the lights were put on all the rear lights lit including the brake lights & brake light in the spoiler

Please can anyone help my to resolve this matter or are there any auto electricians on here who might be able to help (Sunday if possible ?)

Cheers
Paul

My Mum had this on her Metro a few years ago. It was a short between the rear light and brake elements in a replacement bulb that had just been fitted. I'm surprised nothing blew, but it cleared when the new bulb was changed.
