Travis's latest song which is about to be released has a bizarre video, does anyone know the reasons behind it?

They are in an old American car in America and stop in a town in the middle of know where and get out and walk about and every woman they come to is pregenant?? in a swimming pool, in the hairdressers, car mechainc is a pregenant woman... etc..
Travis walk around looking puzzled at all these pregenant women...
Very bizarre, but there must be reason behind it? surely?
