I see you get the new WRX with either sports or bucket seats? Anyone got a piccie of either to show the difference in colour, design, shape etc? I also realise if you choose bucket seats you lose the side airbags.

 

Come one there must be loads of WRX owners on this BBS. Help me...pweeaaaase.

 

Go for the buckets.They're FAR,FAR better than the sports seats!

Up to about three months ago you could choose between the buckets and the so-called sport seats, on new UK cars there is now no option for sport seats in the WRXs as they didn't get orders for many and new cars (from the factory) no longer have this option. Of course some dealers may have old stock floating around with the other seating option. The new 'Sport' replacement (sorry can't remember the badge) has 'sports' as standard fit.

Hope this helps, oh and the sport seats are nowhere near as good as the buckets.

If you buy a UK300 or a new STi, you get the blue alcantara ones like mine.........



And buckets are WAY better unless you are on the large side
