They look like Compmotive wheels to me, available in 18"

They definitely look like Speedlines. Final answer. Have no friends to ring. I have some that are identical in looks on my car but in 16". The same as fitted to the 1985 Porsche 959 rally car.

Subaru marketed them as the ST2 in 17" for the pre MY01. I had em on a previous scoob. Nice wheels - and very easy to clean!

sorry to interupt but are those brakes disc`s std, they look slightly bigger
then std`s. what kit is it?

Slightly?!
It is a Godspeed 335mm kit, so yes they are somewhat larger than normal
