Just received a sony erricson phone w810i off some one of ebay,when you turn it on the screen is WHITE!!
Does this mean it needs a new screen??
Any help appreciated.(plus it was for a friend!!)

 

i had a w810i it went the same way when it crashed, a hard reset cured the problem, i cant remeber which key to press when booting, maybe a quick search on the net will reveal the answer for you, failing that if you have the data cable you could try a rom update, that's available for download from the sony site. you could reload the rom even if the software thinks it the same version already
