how the hell do you make one, managed to make a ms dos disk but doesn't have any features on it, used to be easy on 98, me
can anyone help

Did you use the format floppy bit and tick the box to make a MS-DOS boot floppy?

yep did it that way but i want to format my hard drive and have the cd drivers

Think it is same as on NT. Format floppy. Copy over boot.ini, ntldr and ntdetect.com. Formatted as FAT.
