Is this an official Subaru LPG conversion ??

No mate this was done before Subaru started doing the convertions. It was carried out by Autogas NW Ltd : The North West's Leading Tartarini LPG Conversion Specialist (http://www.autogasnw.co.uk/index.html) and comes with all the paperwork the insurance companies require.
