aps twin port dump valve any good ?

Thinking of buying one as i'm soon to be around the 400 400 mark with my 2.5 20g. Anybody had any experience of the aps dump valve ?

Any opinion's on these dump valve's just won won on the fleabay for 40 quid got to be better then the standard recirc ?
