Well, had a new screen fitted and what a lovely job they made:mad: two phone calls later and still fobbing me off with cr@p. I have never made a insurance claim before or ever had a replacement screen, is this kind of service normal.

clips snapped and had no replacements on the van, opened the boot and the drivers side trim jumps off, top of glass showing in the corner/top of screen,
top trim sits about 5mm of the screen, corner bottom clip not fitted properly and was sliding across left to right/right to left.
Thanks for the phone number gary i will be phoning them.

Just had mine done by RAC Autowindscreens yesterday and they did a fantastic job. No broken clips etc and I know how easy those clips are to break.

That job above is shocking, they should have sourced some new clips for you and fitted them before signing off the job.
