Phil had his car done today at API and he is really happy with the map, so big thanks to David and Pat. Pat for the mapping the car now pulls even better than it did :) :)
And for David for sorting it all out for him, he even gave him some petrol money for the way home:) :)
I'm big enough to post this thread because as David has said, there are two sides to all views so fair play to you :) :)

Paul, it ain't the first time I've done that and I doubt it'll be the last.
The customer has been mightily inconvenienced and fuel ain't cheap. Plus he has patiently taken days off work, which l guess are booked holidays, that he cannot use now as he has been sat here so long.
The earlier thread shows how we cocked up twice and for that we must accept the consequences.
He is now a happy customer again and that will give him back the confidence in us to be trusted.
It is called good service.

glad to hear it, i am hoping ot go up and get soem work done in the near future on my 99 turbo hope to get a 6 speed from them and fitted, as i have not used them before it is nice to know that they have gone further to right any mistakes
