hawkeye sti internals how strong are they guys???

400-450bhp?

350-400bhp?

350-400bhp, you wont find many people who want to push them more than 370bhp, not as strong as the 2ltr cars due to their design.

at a guess but may be wrong a little

forged pistons
steel Head Gasket Set
ARP Head Studs
ported heads
uprated valves
racing 8 plugs may get away with 7s
bigger injectors
walbro if not all rdy fitted
frontmount

Thats about it i think for 450
