I know Kerso is very well recommended on this and other forums, and I'm well aware of how he manages to do it, but has anyone sucessfully got the cashback from Canon on a lens supplied from Kerso?

I'm eagerly awaiting my £100 cashback from my 40D purchase from Martin's Camera Shop (http://www.martinscamerashop.co.uk/canon-eos-40d-camera-body-lens-not-included-201-p.asp) but I'm just a bit paranoid of the terms on the Canon website.

The whole point of the 'cashback' is, after all, to attack grey imports so I'm just not sure how far Canon will go to honour it:wonder:

Yep rest easy - got mine after buying a 70-200 F4 L off him. Even better is that Canon site said £40 for that and £45 for the 2.8 - I got £45 back lol. Once they receive your claim you get an email giving a weblink to check for updates. Took about another 2 weeks I guess then got a cheque.

Cheers,
Simon

Thanks Simon :thumb:

I've already got the email from Canon about my 40 D cashback so I'll go and check for updates on that.
