A few of the WYIOC are going. It's £12 pre-book now, and all sold out :(

Going with a mate on Tuesday as rest were already sold out. Only got my 350d in april and first DSLR so not planning on getting much especially if the weather is like this :(

Went last year with a 300mm lens and was fairly happy with some of my shots, I wasn't intending going this year but I got an invite from the Force India team for the full treatment on the otherside of the fence, couldn't turn that down :)

Just waiting to see if they will allow me to take my camera with me, I don't mind if the stop me from taking pics in the garage but I would like to take it around the circuit with me.

This is what was on the e-mail, I really couldn't turn it down irrespective of what F1 team it was They will have access to usually restricted areas in the team's garage including the engine and gearbox preparation area, telemetry bay, tyre preparation zone, and team trucks. There will be an opportunity to take a shuttle-car to exciting locations on the circuit to watch all the teams testing their cars to the limit. A 'Bridgestone Explanation Tour' offers our guests the chance to learn more about F1 tyres and there will be a unique opportunity to visit the Force India F1 Team factory.

It's a sweetner, I know the new sales manager of Kingfisher Airlines, owned by the same fella who owns the Kingfisher brewery, Force India F1 team and lots more, he wants a piece of the business I give to Virgin Atlantic down to Mumbai, obviously not enough to get me tickets for the gp ;) so essentially it's a jolly, which will be followed on Friday evening with another jolly c/o Bmi with a box in the OCS stand at the Oval for Surrey v Middx in the 20/20.

I think i'm going to enjoy this week :D

I know, mind you for a few minutes I thought I haven't got the time, can't be arsed, but then I came to my senses, when will I ever get this chance again :thumb:
