Hiya,
I want to add a pic uploader to my website webspace so myself and friends can upload stuff without me having to use an ftp all the time. Is there some sort of cgi script which can do it or can anyone tell me where to look!?

Depends on the technology available to you via your host. If you have CGI / PHP / ASP then you can add one quite easily. Try here.
