Thought id go tesco's tonight to buy just a sponge and chamois and wash my car with a touch of washing up liquid in hot water (bad i know!) when i came across a grey Simoniz bucket for fifteen quid....comes with sponge, bk2black tyre spray, leather chamois, shampoo and some handy "strawberry" scented dashboard wipes...not bad for fifteen quid and it all comes in a big bucket. But reading the other thread in this forum section bout clear buckets, that does look like a good idea!! might be worth buying one aswell to use with my new kit ;)

:nono: sponge :nono:
Gey a micro fibre or lambswool mit and use the two bucket method, 1 with solution and the other with clean watedr to clean mit before re application, a sponge will scratch the hell out of your paintwork as they attract all the grit and muck from the car

I alway use a sponge and some fairy liquid and one of these for stubborn areas. (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/200mm-STIFF-BASSINE-SCRUBBING-BRUSH-DRAPER-43781_W0QQitemZ130213910471QQihZ003QQcategoryZ7965 7QQrdZ1QQssPageNameZWD1VQQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp1 638Q2em118Q2el1247)

Works a treat
