Anybody seen the Sky tribute to Giggs? Obviously United fans will love it but I think any football fan will have enjoyed it. A player I don't think anybody could dislike and a legend of the game.

Even as a United hater I have to admit he is a very modest sensible and passionate player who plays for the team and has achieved more than most. Only one other current footballer who career I look up to tbh. I dont know if Im ashamed to admit hes a United player to but at the same time hes an Oldham lad so its swings and roundabouts.

I missed it but was going to do a Giggsy thread after he won his tenth title, never managed to get round to it. Whatever some supporters think of him now, there are a few at OT who continually moan about him, he's a footballing legend, if you include Community Shields he has won 27 major trophies, outstanding for any player.

He has always carried himself very well, especially after SAF broke up the party he and Lee Sharpe were throwing many years ago :) a model pro.

I'll have to have a look at the Sky planner and see when it's repeated.

Of course Dave still loves the Ginger Magician ;)
