Do you use this dressing neat or is dilution needed?
Is it just a case of spraying and/or wiping on?

I just use it neat. On the inner plastic wheel arches on the Scoob I just spray lightly/enough then wipe down gently till evenly covered. Can also be used on cars with black plastic bumpers, just a little more careful applying.
