Had issues with my center and rear diff at the open day, be interesting to see if theres any difference now i've changed them.

 

I'll be there, not sure if i'll put my car on yet though, may try it on the low boost/low octane map as my clutch seems to cope ok with 22psi but it doesn't like 26psi

 

Bloody hell theres some power going through that car now!

Sorry Paul didn't notice you asked this before. He's having a little car trouble at the mo, so perhaps i should get on the case. I'll be ringing Powerstation later to confirm everything aswell.

Last car I put on the rollers at powerstation was a standard R5 GT Turbo, 121bhp. Slightly different this time!

 

No probs. The R5 GT Turbo is not a car to be sniffed at, lot of power for a very light car. Just a shame they were never reliable. I had a Cav GSi before the scoob and always thought that was quick, but the scoob is in a very different league. This will be the second club rolling road day and if the first was anything to go by, should be a cracking day, great oppertunity to get chatting to everybody too.

 

Whats the next steps with this event then Taylor? Do we all just meet at one place and pay on the day?

 

We'll arrange a convoy up, and post the meeting point and time closer to the date. Of course anyone is welcome to make their own way up as well if you'd prefer. As for payment, just pay cash on the day.

sorry about this guys but cant make this as my bottom end has gone and its knocking like a bag of spanners so my car is in my garage and will be of the road for awhile as im not sure on which way to go with it yet

 

I'll come up for a spin.wont be going on the rollers though,not running much power at the min

 

Don't let that put you off...good to know where your starting from and that everything is running as it should be.
