I've bought a 1987 Porsche 928 S4  which I'm in the process of fettling up. Can anyone recommend any products / methods for restoring the leather seats ? Thanks.

Gliptone - can get it one ebay ! Nice buy on the 928 - best looking Porsche in my eyes - Dad had a S4 GTS (manual version) when they first came out - lovely car
Have a look on A world for detailers... (http://www.detailingworld.com/index.php) but it warned it can make you spend a load of money

Thanks, I was looking at the Gliptone products earlier presumably this is the best stuff for the job.
Yes the 928 is still a sexy looking car, even today, I love it !

What colour are the seats?

They're black with red piping. The interior looks like an episode of Blake's 7 !! I'll take some pics tomorrow and post em up :)

Gliptone is certainly a good product but shoe polish with correct procedure and technique can give awesome results :thumb:

Raceglaze's Leather Cleaner and Leather Balm have blown me and Clark away in recent weeks; as good as Gliptone, but more nicely scented. :)
