Thanks to George (Cusco_Kid) for supplying me with a whiteline 24mm rear anti-roll bar and alloy drop links. Top price and top guy! :thumb: Will be getting the front anti-roll bar, drop links, steering rack bushes and anti-lift kit this week. I had it all fitted to my last car and couldn't believe the transformation, however I got it all done at once so wanted to do it in stages to see effect each part has.

So I fitted the rear anti-roll bar and drop-links at the weekend and what a difference! The car feels more planted and turn-in/sharp corners are a lot better. It gives you so much more confidence as well, as its easier to read what the car is doing and how much its gripping with it cornering flatter.

While the car does feel a bit more tail happy, its def not to much, even with out the front bar.. Lift off oversteer is possible and its easy to read and control (although I haven't driven it in the wet yet! so I'm sure a bit care will be needed at first here).

Overall its def one of the best and one of the first mods you should do, top results for the money.

Will report back once front end is done, expecting more of the same.. bit more neutral with the front bar and better turn in still with anti-lift kit - and even less understeer :norty: .

What sortta price did you get ur set up for?

The 24mm adjustable rear bar was £115 and alloy drop links £70 mate

I did this, and then added ALK and a front ARB with fancy links....

1. Fancy links need weekly maintenance !
2. ALK and font arb increase the front end grip, and this means the rear bar's effect is calmed down, I don't get any oversteer anymore.
3. Do it !

Quite liked the oversteer lol, don't think it's to much but then as i said i haven't driven it all that much in the wet yet, just a little last night but seemed ok. Think i'll still be getting all the front end done anyway, to increase the overall grip and get less squat/lift under braking and accelerating..

What do you mean? Cleaning or greasing? I have heard that the bushes need greasing often.
Could you guys post some pics of the alloy drop links?

There's another thread with pics of knocking corroded front drop-links... mine have lasted 6 months. So Perrin next time, not paying for replacement every six months....
