will be interesting to see them go the other way round the port talbot stage when they hit the tarmac jump they'll be off to the moon!

bit of a shame they're running halfway in reverse, it means my favourite viewing point (end of the huuuge straight from the start into 90 degree right) won't be anywhere near as spectacular. will have to hunt out for somewhere else....

So the general info i got from all that waffle is:

Friday - new stages in Mid-Wales followed by 2 quick runs through Walters Arena
Saturday - Crychan, Epynt, Halfway as usual, but run backwards
Sunday - Rheola & Port Talbot (backwards).

So no Brechfa or Trawscoed this year.......

Guess it depends how you choose to read that - i interpretted that as both stages reversed.

Good to see Resolfen is still on the list, better stage than Epynt imho so worth swapping them.

I agree, that does read as though Halfway will be reversed. God forbid, that will ruin my fav. spot there if that is correct.

where do you normally sit on halfway then? i've done dixies, sweeping sections on the way back up the forest towards dixies, the quarry and the right hand bend at the end of the long straight near the start (where we had two roll there last year). i agree that halfway backwards wouldn't be as good :(

for those who went to sweetlamb/hafren stages (6 or more years ago now!?) what were the traffic situations like getting in and out? i've been reading another board where a lot of people were saying it always used to be a nightmare.... i only ever went to those stages as a marshal so i was in well before the crowds arrived. hope its not gonna be another Trawscoed car park nightmare!

The thought of another Trawscoed nightmare sends shivers down my spine! (Thinking 2006) It was that bad (narrowly avoided getting my new WRX ripped to bits by idiots due to the parking fiasco and non existent marshalling) that we didn't bother going at all last year!

Someone persuade me that things are going to be better this year!
