I've got a personal injuries claim still ongoing from may 2005:( . Not sure how much longer it's going to take either.

10 bleeding months , cant imagine 2 yrs!!!
I basically had to do the work for them in the end.
all they needed was a police report, I had to get this arranged myself, as the insurance kept sending letters to the wrong police station and I think they just chucked them out!!
