Cheers

They're already on a classic so should get all the fitting kit etc with the brakes.

What price are replacement discs and pads?

I also have a Brembo setup on the front (320mm x 28mm) Do you sell the rotors and pads for these? I can find out part number for the calipers if needed?

Thanks in advance

HI
Yes if they are on a classic now , then get the fitting kit with them , they will fit straight on then ( unless the car your getting them off is a type R then the backplates ect are different to yours )

I am offering discs on my thread on the group buy pags , it will be the 290mm discs listed you need.

I know which kit you have on the front , I can either supply you an exact copy 320mm x 28mm to fit your bells , or I can supply you 330mm discs with a 5mm spacer to fit between your calipers and brackets , all the same price , £295 a pair.

Cheers Ian

Thanks for the info.

I currently have Red Dot discs and have had problems with fitting. I had to get a spacer made up to fit between the rotor and bell.

Have you came across this before? And will i require this spacer for either of your discs (320 or 330)?

cheers

HI Dave
No never heard of fitting a spacer in there , I would be very surprised if the discs ran true with one fitted , do you get shaking through the steering wheel when braking ?

Have you got any pictures you can email me of them ?

Cheers Ian

Ian,

I will strip the brakes down for you tonight or tomorrow and take some photo's. The brake kit was from a 97 type r. But the original discs were cracked so replaced them with red dot 320mm discs. When i first fitted these the discs would sit tight up against the caliper.

The original discs have a slight lip on them where the bell mounts, not sure if these have been 'made' to fit in the past.

How much would a set of bells and caliper brackets be for these calipers?

I do get vibrations through the steering wheel, only when hot. I can understand this as the spacer could be heating up at a different rate to the disc/bell.

Could you send me your email address please?

Just in case you need to know, car is an MY95 wrx import

cheers Dave
