On track at Snetterton recently my car was driving at time on bends like it was a rear wheel drive - i.e. back end sliding/unsettled - cErtainly felt like the back end was firmer than the front

If I put the Whiteline ARB in the softer setting I'm hoping to sort this - can someone tell me which of the 3 holes is the softest?

(Car has Exe-TC on hard settings front and rear, I have front and rear ARB's as well as front and rear Strut braces and usual anti-lift, bump steer, Whiteline products)

Hole at the very end of the bar is the softest setting. It creates more leverage and therefore more flex.

What size arb are you running with out of curiosity?

22m I believe - fitted it about 8 years ago!!

Only recent that I've changed the suspension and lowered the car - and the fact that for the first time with decent suspension and the fact I have been to Snetterton 3 times that I can drive it right on the limit to see whats wrong with it

Only issue now is the 2 litres of coolant I need to use every 15 minutes!! - boils straight out of the expansion breather - yet I have no loss of power...... and no issues driving the car normally - probably headgasket issue - will know in a couple of weeks (it wouldnt be the first time...........)

I would try to reduce rear damping a bit first. You'll probably get a bit more traction and grip..........

Exe-Tc has 40 settings.... 0-40 (40 beeing hardest)

I run 0 on the road (its harder than the original STI suspension!) and started at 25 front rear and then moved to 30 front/rear, so will do 30 front, 25 rear and see what happens
