Hi there,. i have a K-sport 8 pot kit on my impreza.They have been fitted around 600km ago
today i was driving in motorway around 180km/h and i brake hard to around 60km/h because of a truck ,then i start felling big vibration, just touching the brake pedal and then another heavy break 150km/h to 80Km/h to stop in rest area. when i stop the front breaks are smoking,and disk blue.
What happen?

If the disks are blue and smoking then they have overheated for some reason. After 600km then they should be properly bedded in. If you drive very hard on brand new rotors and pads then you will blue the rotors and and brakes will smoke as the oil burns off the rotors and bells and the pads overheat as they havent been brought upto temperature gradually.

After 600km I would be looking for some sort fo mechanical failure as being the couse of the problem. Like I say, feel free to give us a ring to discuss if the kit came from us, thats what we are here for, aftersales
