speaking to a friend earlyer about them both his doesnt have an active diff and i do, i was saying to him when i push my car hard round tight corners mine sometimes slided out and spines up the rear wheels and he said his didnt and i know he drives hard, so the only thing i could put it down to is the active diff controller? what if i put my diff on lock? what percent of power goes to the rear wheels with and with out a diff controller

Lock isnt for road use ;) so dont use it.
You car is the better handling of the 2, your car will compensate when she pulls her nose in tight then the diff does its job, his car has a mechanical LSD on the front, yours is helicital? well yours is different, put it that way, and where as your tyres may feel as though they are spinning, chances are they are not (unless you have some very dodgy cheap tyres on there).
I was once commented on between my Blob Spec C and a Bug Uk STi which was tuned to 350bhp, he couldnt keep up in the corners, ill let you figure that one out ;)

The car makes you feel like you want to correct, just leave it as it corrects for you, it takes some getting use to but just point and go ;)
