Having a real drama now:brickwallAll was working fine until afew days ago.

I am trying to renew my Membership but it is not accepting any of my Password or Username! I have Japfest Tickets and Pass ordered (When are they due?) but because my membership expired I am abit concerned:cry: even though I am trying to renew it:cuckoo:

My account still says "Processing" for my tickets! I had an e-mail from Karyn saying allow 28 days for processing but I ordered my tickets on the 14th March! It's starting to make me a bit twitchy.

Anyone else have the same "Processing" issues?

Si any help on this or e-mail Karyn direct?

i had the same problem and messaged karen ect.. and they sent an e mail saying to go to a link and then wait for a response :lol1: so im not bothering any more with sidc and will attend shows with another car club from now on but hope you get it sorted :thumb: ps this is why i cant go to jap fest this year now as i cant log in and re new so cant buy tickets

Can u log into the Forum? but not the membership renewal part of the site??

Done that Dean but it does not recognise anything I enter. Not bad really but I have been using the same login and username since I joined 4 years ago!

I have even tried from home through a different ISP but still uuuuurgh nowt!

Have you tried changing your password, get SIDC to send you another and copy and paste it it.
I had the same problem as you and this sorted it.
Your new password will then overide any existing one.:)

Give it a go.

type in your "user name"

and this as your password. "sidc2008"


It's pretty straightforward from there, but while you're in your membership control panel you MUST:

1)Amend your password on the membership system to match your Forum password.

2) Check your email address on the Membership system is up to date and matches your email address on the forums. This will ensure you receive email reminders when your membership is about to expire.

These are important for the integration between the two systems to work.

Please also check the rest of your details including postal address is correct so you continue to receive True Grip.



If this is no good you can ring the SIDC membership secretary on 07979801973
and ask for Kaz

I'll be seing the SIDC folk Sun I'll make sure to tell them you have paid for your ticket and having problems logging on to renew membership.
