Hi

I was after a bit of advise about selliing tickets and wondered if anyone had experience or ideas for the best way to go about it.

I have 2 Champion's League Final tickets for sale - bought them a few weeks ago but I'm now unable to go due to work commitments which I cant get out of - bloody boss!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Gutted, as the trip would have been a great experience as I've never been to Moscow and suspect its one hell of a place for a few days/nights.

Any advise appeciated.

Do you want to sell them at face value or a ridiculously inflated price?

If he sells at face value then I imagine the buyer will sell on at an inflated value ;)

These are genuine tickets : Tribune C, Section 8 Row 51.
I know these are quite sort after and I've already been offered £450 each and I'm seriously considering selling at that price so if anyone want to beat that offer feel free to contact me. I can send Photos etc of said tickets no prob.

Newbie 27 posts wants £900 for two tickets. I would be paying cash on collection from his home address if it was me.

you will get a 800each for them .

if you couldnt make the game and had 2 tickets sitting there, it would be very hard not to sell them for what people are willing to pay for them. i would try and sort mate supporters first but after that it would be hard not to get caught up in selling them for double/triple their face value.

sorry i dont believe a 'true' fan would, i had a ticket for the last final v milan and it went to my mate for face value, if it hadnt of gone to him i would of sold it face value to someone else. its just the usual greed from people who call themselves fans, p1ss me right off

Give over. If I was a Chelsea or Man Utd supporter and had 2 tickets to the Champs League final they'd be like gold dust to me. If I couldnt make the game Id sell them for whatever someone was willing to pay for them. Richard Branson didnt make money by giving stuff away at face value ;)

Oldham went to Blackpool last season for the play offs. OK I only spent £20 on the ticket but I had to queue at silly times in the cold Oldham morning for them tickets, if I couldnt make it for whatever reason unless a good mate wanted them they'd be sold to the highest bidder.

And I dont care what you think about me being a 'true' fan :hjtwofing Maybe you're just jealous cause Chelsea knocked you out :lol1:

I agree, one of my mates did get a ticket but he can't go because of his new job. He called to club to cancel it so someone else can get it for face value.

Half these people paying hundreds for a ticket probably haven't been anywhere near Old Trafford or Stamford Bridge this year.
