Serious Brake Vibration

My 98 WRX STi 5 suffers from very very bad brake vibration ofter about 6 or 7 miles of very hard mountain road type driving.
Im currently running Prodrive disks along with Ferodo DS3000 Pads. They stop great even when the discs are glowing bright orange, however they suffer from this vibration. The harder you push it the worse it gets. Stop at let everything cool down again the prob goes.
Anyone had similar probs? Anyone know the answer???
