Hi lads, ive a MY00 fitted with a Cobra and the standar immob, I was wondering if there is a fuse or lead that can be removed at nite as an extra precaution???

You can also try unplugging the connector for the ignition pack on top of your engine if it is an MY00, or the plug for the fuel pump under the rear seat on the offside (but you need to undo a bolt to lift up the seat bolster far enough) or you could just remove the fuel pump's fuse from the fuse box. If you do go unplugging the ignition pack though, just remember to plug it back in before you start the car because otherwise if you turn over the engine, the un-ignited fuel being pumped in may flood the engine or worse, cause it it backfire, and it doesn't do your catalyst any good either (-:
