There are two Bank Holidays in May. BUT I suggest we have this after Jap Fest.

Two reasons.
1. Due to be a Grandad again at the beginning of May:luvlove: :D (Girl this time!) so may not make the Fest. Son-in-law is currently getting sand in his teeth
2. Weather will be better towards the end of the month.

It was me and Tony from the Midlands but i seem to remember some agro from one or two numptys and also the Dam's ranger was not too happy.
Richy B sorted the ranger out:notworthy if I remember. Someone will need to contact the ranger this time before the event to keep him happy.
Sounds like some military skills are needed here to keep it all smooth;)

OK, this time I suggest a 'calculated' plan of attack... :norty:

I am local to Elan Valley, so I suggest you leave the Elan Valley Rangers and the finer details to myself. :thumb:

I can co-ordinate routes, stops, speed limits, etc with the help of the Rangers face to face.

If I can leave it up to some of the experienced event planners to get the troops organised, at least then we can all put our 2p in... ;)

I cant remember the date for last years, but as your the man with the contacts with the ranger etc I would say we are in your hands:notworthy

Its just a meet on the day, nice and simple
Date... Sat 5th May.
Location....The Elan dams near Rhayader in Powys.
Time..... Looking for everyone to arrive between 12.00 - 13.00 HRSThe plan....... Lets get as many scoobs together as we can, everyone bring picnic , bbq etc for the afternoon .

The rally show at Chatsworth is on the 7th but dont mind me go for a date that suits the majority :thumb:
