Hi guys,

My local car stereo shop has just closed and along with it all my advice re my stereo set up.

I recently blew up one of my amps, due to a water spillage.

I need one Amp to power 2 12' cerwin vega subs. I'm not too bothered about price as long as it's not over £800.

My old amp was an Audio System Twister series F2 300, which did the job. If the new one is the same or better that would be great.

Any advice will be very much gratefully received.

 

hi m8 i have a brand new audio system amp fy 260 prob bought from same place...world of ice????never got round to fitting it.if this is what your after its yours for £150 as dont need it anymore.think it was about £350 when i bought it few months ago.Andy

 

Yep, world of ice. Been in and out of business over the past few months, changed hands and names, but its gone. Some sort of garden shop now.

Whats the spec of the amp? is it a Twister? and is it the white or silver version if it is? I live in Clacton so I could pop over and pay cash if its what I need.

I have two kenwood 9152 D's that i'm looking at replacing.

Nothing wrong with them them and they are both strapped to Cerwin Vega 15" stroker atm.
