Was wondering if anyone has tried claiming against their credit card company (assuming payment was made by credit card) for the proportion of their Independent Insurance policy that was cancelled?
e.g. if you only got nine months cover before it was cancelled, have you tried claiming for a refund for the three months cover that wasn't received, under some form of 'non-provision of goods and services' clause?
