I am currently trying to negotiate a groupbuy on the Racelogic Perfomance Box. I have spoken to the suppliers and they say that if we can get enough interest they are willing to discount on these amazing bits of kit.

So what does the performance box do?

PeformanceBox combines four products in one:

Performance Meter
Lap Timer
Data Logger
Power Calculator

For a full rundown on features visit http://www.performancebox.co.uk/overview.html (http://www.performancebox.co.uk/overview.html)

The retail price for the PB01 is £311, and for the PB02 its £347 - we are hoping for at least a 10% reduction on these. P&P should be under £10.

PB01 contains the PerformanceBox, windscreen suction mount, in-car power supply, and software / manual CD.

PB02 contains the PerformanceBox, windscreen suction mount, in-car power supply, USB cable for connection to PC, 256mb SD card, mains power supply, and software / manual CD.

So if you are interested pop your names down on the list.

IF WE GET 10+ PEOPLE, THEN WE GET 15% DISCOUNT

If you have any questions, I will try and get them answered for you.

They are very good, I got mine last June. Feel free to ask me about them from a users perspective ( email from profile may be best as not on the board much).

Get your names down. If we can get 11+ in this groupbuy, then we are looking at 15% discount on retail prices.

Any chance of finding out if you can still get a discount on the numbers you have

Yes discounts are still available. With the current numbers we get a 10% discount off retail price. Just been on hold for a while, had gearbox problems but all sorted now and getting finances back in order. Hoping to get order in before end of the month. Not too late to get your name down.

It's still on. A few off the list have gone to the ring this weekend, and asked if the buy could be put back a little.

Very tempted, but have been advised that they would be prohibited on track days? Apparently they count as timing devices and risk invalidating the circuit's insurance - great shame as I'd be quite happy to use "blind" and then look at the data after the event.

Anybody out there with the facts to confirm or deny what i was advised?

Cheers, David

Think your correct David, any type of device that would show your time around a track is banned, unless of course if you can hide it :norty:
