I've just had a letter from Keith Michaels asking for proof of my no claims bonus.....Where can I get proof ?? From my previous insurers ??

Thats correct Shaun your previous company will provide proof of your NCB and post it to you.

If you've still got the renewal letter from your previous insurer than that should be enough.

I can confirm that I have contacted my previous insurers in respect of my no claims bonus and have requested proof of same.
