hi guys hope your all fine just thought id drop in and say im still ok.

some of you might be aware that i had a bad crash in the scooby back in august and my mate was killed when i spun on the cowbridge bypass and hit a lamp post after aqua-plaining on a stream crossing the road.

well its all going to crown court at the moment after being charged with
causing death by dangerous driving.

i have all the witness statments police reports and everything and they all agree that i was driving to the speed limit an wasnt driving dangerous or acting a prat
but it turns out my two rear tyres were low and didnt grip enough going though the water and caused me to spin,
so there saying because i was driving the car with low tyres i was driving dangerous.........
even though a week or so later a jag xj6 went through exactly the same "stream" on the road and hit the lamp post after spining and his tyres were all ok.

There are crashes up there all the time , I can remember that ' stream ' as long as I have been driving , about 25 years , surely it must be worth something as evidence as there has been so many.

Glad to hear you have come through the other side, having lived in cowbridge for 7 years ( in the past) I know what you mean about the drainage around that area, I am sure all will come out in the end, (sad though it is that it takes a loss of life to get things done in this country, all will be revealed in time) by the way how is the coaches coming along.
